Bad things happen. They just do. We all have big hurdles to leap over once we're out of the starting gate and we all have obstacles to overcome. No one is exempt.
It's what we do with these hurdles and obstacles, that determines HOW we will live. Our response is a choice. We CAN control how we respond.
So often people forget that they can choose to make the best of any given situation. We can accept that the situation is not as we would like it, and then agree to try to make it better. Oftentimes, people make it worse. What can you do if you're one of those people? Well, start now.
Tomorrow or next week is not the time to make things better, it's this very moment. Once you start taking steps to improve your situation, the universe will also take steps to meet you half-way. It's amazing how it works that way.
Thought of the day: I pray today that you will see yourself as strong, capable and worthy of changing. There is no one that can change things for you. Start today...the universe will meet you half-way!
